ECTN The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) use the DRC system to regulate the export of products out of the nation. All exports from the DRC must have the pointe noire besc ECTN, which may be obtained via the chambers of commerce in the nation of origin.
The exporting firm must have a valid ECTN for the items being exported, and the ECTN must be given to the DRC customs officials at the time of export. The Ministry of Industry and Mines is in charge of managing the ECTN system, which was implemented in the DRC in 2008. The ECTN is valid for a year after it is issued, and it also applies to the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
