Ectn Libya The ECTN of LIBYA is a document that is required for all goods that are shipped to Libya. This document must be obtained before shipping and must be presented to the Libyan Customs Authorities upon arrival in Libya. The ECTN Libya is issued by the Libyan Ministry of Economy and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
