ECTN Gabon | BIETC Gabon | Seanautic Marine ECTN OF GABON The ECTN Gabon is an administrative document obligatory for the shipments of merchandise departing from the territory of a country member of the ECTN system and bound for another country member of the same system. The ECTN must be obtained by the consignor before shipment and must be transmitted to the carrier who will present it to the customs authorities of the country of destination.
