Ectn Guinea


The Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) is a document required for the import and export of cargo in the Republic of Guinea. The ECTN Guinea is obtained from the National Office of Transport and Transit (ONTT) and is valid for a period of 30 days. The ECTN must be presented at the port of entry/exit in Guinea and must be accompanied by a Bill of Lading or Air Waybill.

The ECTN is valid for a single shipment and ectn guinea must be registered in the name of the consignee. The ECTN can be obtained from the ONTT website or from the office of the consignee in Guinea. The ECTN must be obtained prior to the shipment of goods to Guinea and must be presented at the port of entry/exit.
