ECTN OF GABON The ECTN is an administrative document obligatory for the shipments of merchandise departing from the territory of a country member of the ECTN system and bound for another country member of the same system.

The ECTN must be obtained by the consignor before shipment and must be transmitted to the carrier who ectn gabon will present it to the customs authorities of the country of destination. The ECTN Gabon is a single document for all Member States of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC). This document is also called a “single administrative document” or “single window”.

The ECTN replaces the “carnet de passage en douane” (CPD) which was used previously for shipments between CEMAC countries.
